Terms of Service for Winter's Claw

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Winter's Claw ("the Bot"), operated by the Discord user ghost_wee ("The Developer").

By using the Bot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Bot.

1. Use of the Bot

1.1 The Bot is designed to provide specific functionalities within the Discord platform.

1.2 You must have a valid Discord account to use the Bot.

1.3 The Developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Bot or any of its features at any time without prior notice.

1.4 The Bot may be subject to downtime or interruptions for maintenance or updates, and the Developer shall not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from such downtime.

2.2 The Bot shall not be used for any unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate activities. You are solely responsible for your actions while using the Bot.

4.3 The Developer shall not be responsible for any content posted by users through the Bot. Users are solely responsible for their interactions and content.

5. Indemnfication

5.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Bot or any breach of these Terms.

6. Changes to the Terms

6.1 The Developer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

7. Termination

7.1 The Developer may terminate your access to the Bot at any time, with or without cause.

7.2 Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
